Crispy Moong dal/ Moong dal namkeen Ingredients: Moong dal/ split green gram skinless – 2 cups Red chilli powder as per taste Salt as per taste Oil for deep frying Instructions: Add moong dal into a bowl and rinse it well with water to get rid of any dirt or dust. Soak them in water for at least 1 hour. Drain the water and pat dry the moong dal on a paper towel or thin cloth to remove any excess water. If required, you may also sun dry it for 10 to 15 minutes during noon until they stop sticking to the fingers.
