Rava Laddoo

Rava Laddoo - Easy to make soft rava laddoos Ingredients: Sooji rava – 2 cups Green Cardamom - 3 Sugar – 1 cup, put in a blender and make fine powder Cashew nuts – 12 to 14, broken Raisins – 15 to 20 Ghee – 3 tbsp Milk – 1 glass Grated coconut – 2 tbsp. If it is fresh coconut, after grating stir fry until it’s slightly brown. By this way, the laddoos can last long. Instructions: In a thick bottomed pan, add a tbsp of ghee and heat the pan. When ghee is melting, add broken cashews and stir fry. When the cashews are slightly turning brown, add raisins and stir fry further until raisins start to blow up. Add sooji rava to the same pan and stir well until the rava is roasted well. You’ll get a nice aroma when stirring.
