Sweet Shankarpali - Crispy diamond snacks Ingredients: White flour/ Maida – 3 cups Sugar – 1/2 cup Chiroti rava – 1 tbsp Poppy seeds – 1/2 tbsp White sesame seeds – 1 tbsp Clarified butter/ Ghee – 1 tbsp Cookie cutter/ Pizza cutter Oil for deep frying Instructions: Add sugar into a blender and make fine powder. In a big container add maida, powdered sugar, chiroti rava, poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, ghee and mix well. Slowly add water in small portions and knead well to make a soft dough. Close it with a lid or cover the dough with damp cloth and set it aside for 10 minutes. NOTE: Sugar when mixed with water starts to make the dough more softer.
