Pumpkin Poli: Easy, healthy and delicious snack or dessert Ingredients: Wheat flour 1.5 cup Grated Pumpkin – 3/4 cup Powdered sugar as per taste Powdered cardamom as per taste Salt as per taste Oil for deep frying Instructions: In a thick bottomed pan, add a tablespoon of oil and heat it. Add grated pumpkin and saute until it turns soft. Let it cool down. In the same pan, add wheat flour, salt and a table spoon of oil and mix well. Add water and knead the dough into medium soft ball. Take small batches of the dough and make small balls. On a flat surface, sprinkle some flour, place the ball and roll into small, round and little thick chapatis/ tortillas/ rotis/ puris.
