Ingredients: Milo powder – 8 tbsp Condensed Milk – 4 tbsp Whole milk – 1.5 glass Granulated sugar – 4 tsp Ice cubes – 10 to 12 Instructions: Take a small bowl and add sugar, Milo powder (4 tbsp), condensed milk and mix well. Then, add a glass of milk into it and mix until the sugar dissolves. Add the remaining milk and stir until the Milo powder blends well. Smooth and creamy Milo chocolate milk is ready. Now, take a serving glass and fill it with some ice cubes. Pour the Milo chocolate milk into it until the glass is almost full. Add additional 3 to 4 teaspoons of Milo powder over the milk and serve. Be generous to add enough Milo powder to enjoy this truly amazing drink. The above measurements make 2 full glasses of yummy Milo Dinosaur drink. This chilled drink is very famous in Singapore and Malaysia.
It’s every child’s favourite drink due to its chocolate flavour. This drink is named Dinosaur due to the abundance of Milo powder used in its preparation. If you do not like milk in your drink you may also add cold/chilled water. But the taste differs widely. My kids enjoy the creamy Milo Dinosaur and so I have used whole milk in this preparation. In order to make this drink even richer and creamier, you may add some whipped cream or 2 small scoops of Vanilla ice cream on the top before serving. Whenever we visit Singapore my kids enjoy having Milo Dinosaur at the restaurants be it during lunch time, evening snack or late dinner. This has inspired me to learn and make the same drink back home in India. To my surprise, I have succeeded to make it the right way in my first try and am more than happy to share the recipe here with all of you. Crispy Bread crumbs: Easy, fresh and quick to make  Ingredients: Bread slices – 3 Blender Instructions:        Tear open the fresh white bread slices into smaller pieces, add them to a blender and make fine bread powder. Use a thick bottomed pan and add the powdered bread. Under medium flame, stir fry the powder until they turn crisp. Mint Lemonade

 Mint Lemonade Ingredients: Lemon – 1 big size Fresh Mint – 1 sprig Water – 4 big glasses Sugar – 1 small cup Salt – ½ tsp Ice cubes - 6 Instructions:         Take a blender and add sugar, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt and 2 glasses of water. Blend it well until all the sugar dissolves. Add the remaining water and mix well.           Take a big bowl and strain the mint lemonade into it using a strainer. This step is not required if you enjoy having mint leaves in the lemonade. My kids prefer it to be strained and so I have also included this step.           Take a serving glass and fill it with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Pour the strained mint lemonade into this glass and serve.
