Millet Rice with Pesto sauce and Egg Ingredients: Kodo Millet rice – pre-cooked and cooled, 1 cup Pesto sauce – 1/4 cup Fresh eggs – 3 Onion – 1 small thinly sliced Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Pepper powder – 1 tbsp Red chillie powder – 1 tsp Coriander leaves – few for garnish (optional) Salt as per taste Oil for stir fry Instructions: In a small thick bottomed stir fry pan add some oil and heat it. Once the oil is heated, break open the eggs. Add salt, chillie powder, pepper powder and stir fry until it is soft and well done. Dish out the scrambled egg into a plate.
