                                      Quick Mushroom Pepper fry  Ingredients: White button mushrooms – 200 gm, cleaned and sliced Green bell pepper – 1 medium size, sliced Red Onion – 1 small size, thinly sliced Green chilli – 1 medium size, vertically slit Ginger garlic paste – 1.25 tsp Lemon – 1 medium size, ½ slice Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp Curry leaves – 2 sprigs Coriander leaves – 1 small bunch, finely chopped Oil for sautéing Salt as per taste Instructions:          In a thick bottomed kadai add some oil and heat it.
