Mandakki Usli/ Puffed rice Upma: How to make simple and tasty snack? Ingredients:  Puffed rice – 150 gm  Red onion – 1 small size, finely chopped  Green chillies – 5, vertically slit  Split bengal gram – 1 tsp  Split black gram – 1 tsp  Mustard seeds – 1 tsp  Cumin seeds – 1 tsp  Curry leaves – 2 sprigs  Coriander leaves – 1 small bunch for garnish  Salt as per taste  Oil for tempering Instructions:         Take a big bowl and fill 1/2 of it with fresh water. Add puffed rice to it. Make sure that they are slightly wet and then dish them out. Please remember that the puffed rice should not be completely soaked which makes the dish soggy.
