Pineapple Kesari bath: Easy and quick dessert Ingredients: Sooji rava – 1.5 cups, small size cup Ghee/ clarified butter – 100 ml Sugar – 1.5 cups, powdered Green cardamom – 2, crushed Pineapple – 1/2 small size Cashewnuts – 25 gm, split open Raisins – 25 gm Instructions: In a thick bottomed pan, add sooji rava, 1 tablespoon of ghee and roast the rava in medium flame until nice aroma is filling your kitchen.
