is ready within minutes. Enjoy!
You may serve this dish to family and guests along with rice, roti,
chapati, puri, dosas etc. This makes a great combination when served
with rice and tomato rasam. This dish is a must in many South Indian
wedding platters.
This was my favorite side dish during childhood times.
The crunchy and sweet flavor from the grams and veggies is what makes
this simple dish special and lets you crave. I used to binge whenever my
mom cooked it. I have great memories plucking them fresh from the
garden and cooking them. Happy and healthy eating! Try it out and let me
know your comments.
