Egg Pepper fry
Eggs Pepper fry - Easy and quick recipe
Ingredients:
Eggs – 8 to 10 soft boiled with pinch of salt, deshelled and cut to halves
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – small bunch for garnish (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for tempering
Instructions/ Procedure:
In a stir fry pan, add some oil and heat it. Once the oil is heated, add
mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds start to splutter, add curry
leaves. Once the curry leaves sizzle, add the pepper powder, cut egg
halves, pinch of salt and sauté for a minute or 2. Switch off the flame.
Easy and quick egg pepper fry is ready to serve!
