Dill Chicken


Dill Chicken - Super simple recipe 

Ingredients: 

Dill leaves – 1/4 small bunch 
Coriander leaves – few for garnish 
Fresh boneless chicken – 500 gm 
Lemon juice – 1/2 slice small size 
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp 
Coriander powder – 1/4 tbsp 
Red chillie powder – 1/4 tbsp 
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
Salt as per taste 
Oil for stir fry



Instructions: 

         In a small bowl, add all the above ingredients along with thinly cut dill leaves, coriander leaves and mix well. Marinate this in the fridge for an hour or two. In a thick bottomed stir fry pan, add some oil and heat it. Once the oil is heated, slowly place each chicken piece on the pan and fry it on both sides evenly stirring it occasionally. Once ready, dish it out and serve hot. This can be served with rice, roti or even as starters. You may also cut it into thin slices and serve with mayonnaise along with french fries as snacks:) Enjoy!
