Paneer fry/ Cottage cheese fry


Paneer fry: How to make quick, easy and tasty snack? 

Ingredients: 

Paneer – 1/2 block, medium soft 
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp 
Red chillie powder – 1 tsp 
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp 
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp 
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp 
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp 
Corn flour – 1 tsp 
Salt as per taste 
Dry coconut powder – 1 tsp (optional) 
Oil for deep frying/ stir fry 



Instructions: 

        Cut paneer into small cuboids. Add turmeric powder, red chillie powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, salt and mix well. Leave it to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. 

        In a thick bottomed pan, add oil and heat it. Now, add the marinated paneer into it one by one. Turn/ flip them on all sides so that they get cooked evenly. Dish out and sprinkle some dry coconut powder for garnish. Serve it as snacks or enjoy along with coffee, tea or soft drinks :)
